Me considero dentro de lo que se conoce en arte como "expresionismo abstracto", tengo varias razones para considerarme así a pesar de no haber estado en plena época del movimiento surgido en EEUU, particularmente en New York a mediados del siglo XX, desde que tengo uso de razón he admirado y estudiado esa manifestación artística. No se si es debido a esto o no, pero a pesar de haber tenido varias búsquedas, he pintado geométrico, que me encanta, y tuve cierta influencia del "street art", pero lo que realmente me gusta y me hace libre, es pintar sin planificación, sin paleta previa -aunque siempre hay colores preferidos- con brochazos gestuales que parecen escritura -caligrafía- y que considero que son propios míos, se me dan de manera natural. Una vez que comienzo a pintar no paro hasta que termino, en cada obra se me va mucha energía.
Creo que por los momentos encontré mi camino, después de buscar y experimentar con distintas formas de expresión, sin embargo el uso de colores vibrantes, siempre estuvo. También he experimentado con blancos, negros y grises, es una combinación que me gusta mucho, pero como siempre seguiré buscando nuevos caminos...
I consider myself within the "abstract expressionism", I have several reasons to consider myself this way, in spite of not having been in the period of the movement emerged in the United States, particularly in New York in the middle of the XX century, since I have memories, I have admired and studied this artistic movement. I believe that at the time I found my way after searching and experimenting with different forms of expression, however the use of vibrant colors, was always present. I have also experimented with whites, blacks and different gray tones, it is a combination that I like very much, but as always I will continue looking for new pathways ...
